1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Clark & Co Real Estate LLC and submitting any contact form, lead capture form, or verbally consenting, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Clark & Co Real Estate LLC. These messages may include: Property listing updates and new listing alerts; Appointment reminders and confirmations; Real estate market information and general service-related updates; Responses to your inquiries.
2. Call-to-Action & SMS Consent Disclosure
The following disclosure must be acknowledged before SMS enrollment: SMS Consent Disclaimer: By providing your phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Clark & Co Real Estate LLC regarding real estate services, property listings, and appointment reminders. SMS service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
8. Changes to These Terms
Clark & Co Real Estate LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at clarkandcorealestate.com. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
